Timm Chapman's Review

I went to the Calgary, Alberta Canada show in August when they opened for the Cult. I had never heard of GNR at the time, so the only song I recognized as Knockin' on heaven's door which Axl dedicated to a friend. The crowd wanted the Cult and boo'd the band pretty loud when they were performing that song. Axl wound up throwing something into the crowd, tossing the mic stand down as well after saying F you and then stormed offstage never to be seen again. You might want to add this colourful piece of music history to your thorough page.
